Who We Are

In Sanskrit, the word Sangha means "the company of the wise." The ancient texts recognize that to live an ethical life of service, well-being and inner Divine connection, we need each other; that we are stronger together.

This virtual community is for those who long for a safe space to explore an inclusive, embodied approach to spirituality grounded in the ancient teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Each month, you will learn practices, teachings and techniques to keep you physically relaxed and alert, mentally clear and spiritually connected and have other opportunities to connect to like-minded souls around the world following a similar path. Join us to be held in the warmth of community, feel your inherent worth and deepen your inner spiritual connection.

"Erin has given me lasting tools and resources to take home and incorporate into everyday life and is engaging, fun, and makes all of the teachings of yoga accessible and easy to understand."

-Stephanie, Yoga Student + Colleague

"For me, Erin's yoga classes helps me go back home. It guides me to my soul and reminds me why I exist. It often is profound and sometimes very simple and easy. The message, focus or prayers are often exactly what I need for my spiritual growth at that time. I am so grateful for the kind of classes Erin leads. "

-Kim, Mother + Yoga Practitioner

"Erin's leadership in her yoga teaching envelopes this definition of yoga in a way that many other yoga classes I have experienced have lost sight of. Erin has helped me move toward more awareness of my whole self - physical, mental, spiritual. Her leadership helps guide us toward an inward calm and awareness that joins our physical bodies with our souls on the mat and beyond."

Meet Erin Alexander, C-IAYT

Erin (she/her) began her career as a high school English teacher in 2006. Here she developed a love of teaching and helping students to explore the mysteries of life, tell their stories, listen more deeply, speak their truth, practice compassion, and develop a sense of purpose and self-worth.  During that time she was silently struggling with addictive habits and behaviors that were causing her great suffering. Through the ancient teachings and practices of yoga therapy Erin found a path to freedom that has helped her shift habits, address imbalances, and taught her to live a life of dignity, self-worth, compassion and devotion to something larger than herself.

Erin is committed to sharing all the blessings she's received from her healing path of yoga with this community in hopes that others might find freedom, joy and a fulfilling personal Divine connection.
