The Soul Power Sangha is a community of seekers looking to deepen their practice of connecting to the Divine within as well as a like-minded community.

We gather 2x/month to learn, share, practice and connect to the Inner Divine source. This container will support you in feeling spiritually connected and empowered with healing tools and practices to keep your body relaxed and alert, your mind at ease and your heart open.

We meet the 2nd Sunday of every month @ 8:00a PT and the 4th Friday @ 9:00a PT. All gatherings and practices will be recorded to an online library for those who can't join us live.

You'll also receive community access to an online chat where you can receive support from our members (and Erin) and learn how to live your yoga outside of our circle.

At the Sanctuary, we acknowledge systematic financial barriers. Seniors, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks can receive a discounted rate of $44/month here.
